Course Objectives To provide a general understanding about fundamental sources and legislation of health law and high courts’ decisions concerning medical services.

  • Refer to basic legal principles about health law,
  • Identify the rights and responsibilities of medical institutions, medical doctors and personnel, patients and patients’ relatives in the field of health law,
  • Define and discuss properly legal issues related with health law.
